This Steffen Kraus’ Vintage Collection covers the genres Rock’n Roll, Ballads, Blues, Country, Garage Rock and Bubblegum Pop, capturing the essence of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s era. Featuring Fernando Noronha, Paulo Zgraia, William Dalton and Rodrigo Chaise on vocals; Alcemir Paim, Fernando Noronha and Rodrigo Chaise on acoustic and electric guitars; Gabriel Guedes on Hawaiian steel guitar and solo guitars; Gaspo on Harmonica, Thiago Heinrich on Hammond and piano; Marcelo Granja on bass; Julio Sasquatt on drums; Marcella Santiago (IPA) on violin; and special guest Rodrigo Alquati from the Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra (OSPA) on cello. Additional instruments/sounds include upright bass, mandolins, banjos, percussions, claps, choirs as a basis, and some tracks have orchestral elements like strings, horns, organs, gongs, and glockenspiels all set in a uplifting vintage atmosphere. The songs have beautiful and charming melodies and are amazing for nostalgic projetcs that show dances, cars, fashion and behavior from those times. Besides, they blend well with topics such as cartoons, comedies, funny animal videos, Pop Art, commercials, kids, memories, travel, adventure, love, faith, documentation, hope, lessons of life, romantic comedies, entertainment, vintage surf, hymns, Nouvelle Vague inspired scenes, and so on. Although this collection mainly aims to 50’s, 60’s & 70’s lovers, some songs are versatile, working well both with nostalgic and contemporary projects.
