License individual tracks for a specific event, a multi-day event or a roadshow.
All prices are per track and per event, net plus applicable VAT. Configure the exact scope in the event checkout.

The table applies to free-entry events. For paid admission, checkout applies the relevant surcharge: background music +20%, party/dancefloor +30%.

Multiple events / locations
Multiple events in the same city count separately. This matters for roadshows and tours.

Quantity discount for tracks of the same event

The discount applies only to multiple tracks of the same event and only to event track licenses. Content licenses in other carts are not affected.
Other factors
- Multi-day events: 2–3 days ×1.5; 4–7 days ×2; 8–30 days ×4; 31–60 days ×6.
- Video usage levels: no additional video use (0%), aftermovie / recap (+50%), protected participant area (+75%), or commercial exploitation / sale (+100%). Higher levels include the lower levels; only the highest surcharge is charged.
- With the relevant level, event aftermovies and recaps may remain online indefinitely. This does not extend the term for using the music at further events; a new license is required for that.
- Event-eligible or royalty-free tracks can be booked directly. PRO-relevant tracks require existing confirmation.
- Additional GEMA/PRO fees are not included in the Audiocrowd price and may depend on the agreement for the venue.
Video usage levels explained
No additional video use · 0%
The music may only be used during the licensed event. Aftermovies, recaps, and other event videos are not included.
Aftermovie / recap · +50%
The music may be used in aftermovies and recaps of this event. The finished videos may remain online indefinitely. A new license is required for further events.
Protected participant area · +75%
Includes aftermovie/recap use and playback of event videos in a protected participant area. The videos are not made public or sold.
Commercial exploitation / sale · +100%
Includes all lower-level rights and paid access to or sale of the event videos, for example as a download or paid access.
