Music packages for business locations: pricing at a glance
Pricing per location is based on the largest floor area and the selected rotation. You buy a static one-time license for your final playlist instead of using an ongoing-fee product path here.
- Price per location from EUR 129 net
- Rotation in 3h, 6h or 10h
- ZIP download and license documents after payment
- Especially economical for longer usage, multiple locations or larger floor area
- Above 5 locations or more than 1,000 sqm per location the flow moves into quote mode
Predictable pricing instead of ongoing fees
You buy a static license per location for exactly one final playlist. This is especially attractive if you want to define one playlist once and keep using it unchanged over a longer period.
The playlist determines the matching rotation
You choose a 3h, 6h or 10h rotation. In the builder you can curate manually or use auto-fill to complete the package up to the selected rotation.
When the package is especially attractive
For small to medium store networks, larger floor areas or longer-term use, a music package can be more economical than an ongoing-fee path. At the same time, you keep full control over your final playlist.
Orientation by floor area and rotation
The following values show the net price per location. For multiple locations, pricing is multiplied by your number of stores or business premises. The package is designed as a static one-time solution, not as a continuously curated music program.
| Largest location | License tier | 3h rotation | 6h rotation | 10h rotation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| up to 100 sqm | Basic | EUR 129.00 | EUR 174.15 | EUR 219.30 |
| 101 to 400 sqm | Standard | EUR 199.00 | EUR 268.65 | EUR 338.30 |
| 401 to 1,000 sqm | Large | EUR 329.00 | EUR 444.15 | EUR 559.30 |
| above 1,000 sqm | Enterprise | custom quote | ||
Delivery after purchase
- final playlist as ZIP download
- license documents in the customer account
- invoice for accounting and purchasing
- curatable playlist built from packs, albums and exposure packs
The final playlist is created inside the package flow. Multiple sources are turned into one purchasable music package with exactly one playlist. In addition to the license itself, you also receive the finished playlist, ZIP download and documentation.
Limits of package self-service
- more than 5 locations
- more than 1,000 sqm at the largest location
- continuously updated audio program instead of a static package
For these cases, an individual quote or directly Instore radio is usually the better solution.
How you reach the final package
- Save music sources in package search
- Set locations and rotation in package start
- Finalize the playlist in the builder or complete it automatically
- Review summary, checkout and receive the ZIP
When Instore radio fits better
Radio is intended for larger store networks, frequently changing music or continuously curated audio programs. Music packages are intentionally the static, one-time-purchase counterpart without an ongoing update logic.
If you want to define one final playlist once and then use it yourself, stay in the package area. If Audiocrowd should continuously maintain the program, switch to radio.
Next step for your business
Preview suitable sources first or start directly with your music package. For continuously updated background music, Instore radio remains the separate path.
